Speaker Profile : I am Abhay Ranjan, currently leading the People and Culture function at Zuddl, where I manage HR operations across India, the US, and the UAE. I hold a master’s degree from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, where I was awarded a Gold Medal for academic excellence. Prior to my role at Zuddl, I gained valuable experience at Tata Consultancy Services. With a background as a trained electrical and electronics engineer, I bring a blend of technical and human-centric problem-solving to my work in HR. My expertise lies in fostering workplace cultures that are innovative, employee-focused, and aligned with business growth. I am particularly passionate about startups and thrive in fast-paced environments where I can help scale teams and build agile, high-performing organisations.
