Dr. Muskan Khan is working as an Associate Professor at Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida. She has more than 14+ years of experience in Academics and Research. She has completed her Ph.D. in Management in the year 2020 from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. She has completed her post-graduation with the degree of MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management and Marketing. She has published more than ten research papers in referred National and International journals of UGC, Scopus, and ABDC. She has two patents published. She has presented papers at IIM Bangalore and Nagpur and attended national and international seminars and conferences. She has expertise in
quantitative data analysis using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), PLS- SEM 4.0, AMOS, Process Macro, R, Python, and MS-Excel, along with expertise in qualitative analysis using NVIVO and Vosviewer. Her areas of interest are Human Resource Management, Organizational behavior, Strategic management, and Research Methodology.
