Lakshmi is a passionate and driven Human Resources Business Partner at SEMS Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged children through education and health initiatives. She holds a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management from the Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and has a diverse educational background in biomedical engineering and computer science. Lakshmi earned her Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Medical Electronics, which provided her with a strong technical foundation. She is dedicated to leveraging her diverse skills to support the organization’s mission and make a positive impact on the community. Her passion is to sing Karnatic music and listen to songs during her free time other than cooking new recipes.
