I’m Shruti Rohilla, a mentor, Reliance Foundation Scholar, and resume coach born and brought up in Delhi. I’m deeply committed to empowering others to excel in their professional journeys by equipping them with the tools to build strong personal brands, craft impactful resumes, and grow their online presence.

So far, As Resume coach, I’ve had the privilege of guiding over 200 students and professionals in curating standout resumes and optimizing LinkedIn profiles to highlight their strengths and open doors to new opportunities. With a growing LinkedIn community of over 5,000 connections, I also guide individuals on content strategy, helping them to share authentic stories, build their personal brand, and foster purposeful engagement online.

During my graduation, I’ve always aimed to become the best version of myself. It has been a journey defined by continuous learning, experimentation, and growth. My experiences come from small wins to major setbacks and they have shaped the insights I now share with others. My treasurer role at InternWare has ignited my love for finance, where I sharpened my skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision making using excel, real time data and predictive model.

As a speaker, I share insights from my journey as a scholar and mentor, covering personal branding, career growth, and strategic networking.
