HR Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR
department’s daily activities. You will assist the HR Department in various tasks including recruitment,
selection, orientation and employee training and development. If you’re interested in kick-starting
your career in HR and getting a closer look of how our company approaches recruiting and employee
development, we’d like to meet you.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Person must Update our company databases by inputting new employee contact information
    and employment details.
  • One must Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • You will have to Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
  • Person shall be active in group discussions, meetings, and other activities.
  • You will be responsible for motivating employees during training programme.
  • Person must involve themselves by participating in organizing company events and careers
    days

Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong Leadership skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Recruitment process.
  • Good time Management Skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

Duration: 2 to 12 Months
