He is PhD in Chemical Engineering, University of Wales, Swansea, UK 1983 and M.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

Bharti is Vice chancellor of Maharishi University of Information Technology (MUIT), Lucknow with more than 18 years of work experience in Education, Training, Skilling and Entrepreneurship Sectors across India. He has worked with organisations like AIMT, IILM, MIET etc. He has a proven track record streamlining workflow and creating a team work environment to enhance productivity innovatively for reputed business houses.
